| Brazil / Global – WITNESS partners ANCOP traveled to Geneva to deliver an oral statement during the 22nd session of the UN Human Rights Council, calling for immediate action on forced evictions caused by mega-events in Brazil. The statement was read during the session in which UNSR, Raquel Rolnik, presented her thematic report on security of tenure. This was a joint collaboration between ANCOP, Conectas and WITNESS. |
